Lavender and Lavandin essential oils have been popular since ancient times and are used for aromatherapy to treat migraines, headache, emotional stress, sores and tense muscles. It is said to have many benefits for skin problems, the immune and circulatory systems. Finally, it has also been used as an insect repellent and to treat insect bites and nettle stings.
Our essential oil is obtained by a distillation method. From the flower heads, we extract the concentrated molecules which contain the volatile aroma compounds that are vaporized from the steam through the distillation process. What we offer to you is the true “essence” of our plants, the Essential oil.

We produce a 100% pure lavender essential oil (Lavandula Angustifolia) from our finest plants. Our lavender essential oil has a sweet, fresh and floral aroma.
Lavandin Essential Oil - 5ml - $12.00
We also produce a 100% pure lavandin essential oil (Lavandula X Intermedia). The Lavandin essential oil has the same characteristics with a sharper aroma. The quality of our essential oil meets the ISO-3515 standard for clonal lavender.

A refreshing body lotion enriched with shea butter and a lavender bouquet to nourish your skin. Safe for children & babies.
Shower Gel - 240ml - $15.00
A mild cleansing gel which makes beautifully soft lavender scented suds. Use as a shower body wash or foaming bath. Sulfate free. Safe for children.

This is a light cream for face or body. Use daily to nourish, moisturize and soothe your skin without an oily film. The cream contains our hydrosol, our delicate Essential Oil, the highest quality shea butter, St-John’s wort and other healing infused oils.

This mixture of Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate), Dead Sea Salt and Lavender florets is the perfect combination for a relaxing and soothing bath. We incorporate a loofah sponge with our soap creating a soft scented floral fragrant bar. The loofah removes the layer of dead skin, leaving the skin smooth and conditioned. The culinary lavender cultivars we have chosen from our fields are Lavandula Angustifolia or English Lavender. They offer a mild and sweet aroma without overpowering your dish.
The culinary cultivars offered at our farm are:
Lavandula Angustifolia – Melissa. A pink lavender which has a floral taste with a peppery note.
Lavandula Angustifolia – Rosea. A pink lavender. This one is best described by the spicy taste it will add to your dish.
Lavendula Angustifolia – Hidcote. Dark purple colour, this lavender has a sweet and floral note.
The rule of thumb while cooking with lavender is use less than more. Too much lavender will perfume your recipe and it will taste bitter. It is easier to add than to remove from your dish.

Sea Salt with Lavender - 120g - $6.00 
Add a sprinkle to finish your dish or use it as a starter by rubbing any kind of meat (lamb, pork, beef), chicken or fish. Lavender salt is also used in salad dressings,
soups, salads, roasted potatoes, roasted vegetables and breads. Finely crushed it may
be used to create the rim for your margarita!!
Sugar with Lavender - 210g - $7.00
Ideal to sprinkle on your favorite desserts such as cakes and muffins. Your afternoon tea will never taste the same after you try the lavender sugar in it. Or better yet, just dip in a fresh strawberry.

Lavender has become the exotic herb of choice. The recipes are too numerous to list. Just let your imagination wander with the lavender fragrance in almost any or your dishes and surprise your guests with this new taste. Lavender Honey (while supplies last) - 167g - $7.00
Our true Lavender honey is collected from the bees using the nectar from the Lavender flowers. The bees are provided by Honey Pie Hives and Herbals from the County. This is a nice collaboration between a local beekeeper and us using our lavender fields. The Lavender honey is light and has a very delicate flavour...possilby the most delicate flavour ever tasted.
Lemonade Kit - $6.00
Hot summer days equals thirst. This lemonade kit comprises a herb infuser, lavender florets and a
lemonade recipe. The light purple colour of the lemonade will not only surprise your guests but
will also sooth and refresh everyone on the hottest of days.

This is a traditional herb mix coming from the south part of France and there are several variations of this herb mixture. Our Herbes de Provence is made of Basil, Marjoram, Sage, Thyme, Rosemary, Summer Savory and Lavender. All these wonderful herbs are grown on our farm. This flavourful herb mixture will add a wonderful touch to your bread, chicken, lamb, pork, omelet...

Dryer Bag - 85g - $7.00
What a perfect way to give a beautiful aroma to your linen in a green way.
The dryer bag is filled with pearl barley, lavender florets and leaves. Add the dryer bag to the dryer for the last 10 minutes of the drying cyle.
(If you want to go totally green, add a Tbsp. of vinegar to the wash and it will take care of the static).

These old fashioned lavender sachets all remind us of our grandmother or aunties that use to keep lavender
sachets in drawers or wardrobes. They are still used in the same fashion and why would we want to change this.
